We offer Mold & Moisture Assessment (inspection), Mold Air & Surface Sample Testing, Air-Cleanse, Air Filtration, Sanitization and Other related services.
Studies estimate 50 – 65% of homes contain some sort of mold problem. Many workplaces also have issues.
Our Assessment Report describes what was found, including Lab sample results, and makes any needed recommendations. We will review these findings with you and answer any questions.
Testing / Samples
MOLD TESTING: Air samples, Surface samples, tape-lift, ERMI, HERTSMI-2, etc. A VARIETY of options to fit the needs of your Home or Business.
MOISTURE SEARCH: Thermal Imaging, Moisture Meter, Humidity Analysis, and other search methods, as appropriate.
BOROSCOPE: “Video Camera-on-a-cable” helps inspect some hard-to-see places and sometimes helps find where testing is needed.
AIR PARTICLE COUNTS: Particle counts can help us better understand Indoor Air Quality issues.
Inspections
Mold & Moisture Assessments (inspections): Search for mold and moisture issues and give you a Report of findings, including air sample results, along with any recommendations.
We will review the report with you and answer your questions.
The Assessment includes a visual inspection, sampling, and utilization of various other tools as appropriate.
